Payment Methods

LTmart offers several payment methods depending on your location. We accept PayPal, Ecocash, Cash on Delivery (C.O.D), and all major credit cards. If PayPal is not available in your country, simply use any credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit card, and Credit card.

PayPal & Bank Cards

PayPal is a safer, simpler way to transfer money online. When you choose PayPal, you'll be linked to the PayPal website to complete your payment. PayPal can be funded via credit card (Visa, MasterCard), debit card, or electronic check (using your regular bank account).

Cash on Delivery (C.O.D)

Cash on delivery allows payment at the time of delivery rather than in advance. This includes transactions by credit/debit cards and other cashless methods, so you don't necessarily need physical cash.

How it works: When you check out, select the "Cash on delivery" option. After receiving your invoice and order number, contact our customer service via WhatsApp or social media with your invoice photo and order number. Double‑check sizes & colors. You will be asked to pay a deposit (10% for orders in Zimbabwe, 30% outside Zimbabwe). This deposit is refundable if LTmart fails to deliver.

Ecocash (Zimbabwe only)

Ecocash is an online payment method available in Zimbabwe. Exchange rates with USD are flexible, and our system automatically calculates order prices in Ecocash.

How it works: Choose Ecocash at checkout. After receiving your invoice and order number, contact our customer service with your invoice details. After verification, you'll pay the Ecocash amount listed on your invoice. This payment secures the order and is refundable if delivery fails.

Order Tracking

We strive to process your order quickly. Through our partners and internal stock, we can provide fast processing and shipping worldwide. All orders include a tracking number.

Once your order is in transit, you'll receive WhatsApp updates at 10 AM and 6 PM (Zimbabwe time) until delivery. You can also track your package on our website. All packages are distributed from Harare CBD; arrangements will be made for customers outside Harare.
